Our mind has often been compared to a jumping monkey, a wild horse or even a runaway train. It's out of control and often seems to have its own mind. Incense noise or clutter that never seems to quite down throughout the day and sometimes way into the night. Have you tired stopping your mind? It's futile to ask our mind to stop. It never stops Hey! On the contrary is starts racing more. Why you may ask? As I mentioned earlier, it's an out of control wild horse or a train.
Sometimes Mind is confused as our brains, but brains are not our mind according to Substance Duellists who argue that the mind is an independently existing substance.
English dictionary defines Mind as "in a human or other conscious - being the element, part, substance, or process that reasons, thinks, feels, wills, perceives etc.
GOD defines Mind as one of the faculties of our SOUL.
We are eternal, immortal, infinite boundless SOULS. Mind is one of the three faculties of our Soul. Intellect and Repository (Memory) being the other two. Mind is believed to be only 10% of Soul's faculty and it helps initialise the most significant step in the Intel Process also known as the Reality Creation Process.

A human being "thinks by default" resulting into 92% of life that lacks all our desires and wishes. We create our reality through our FOCUS via our five senses. Anything that takes our focus either through our eyes or ears initiates a thought and a thought creates a vibration. Whatever frequency we are vibrating at, we stabilize or place ourselves on that wave frequency or also known as a Node of Being. There are different Nodes of Being in our Universe and each of us Souls has its own unique Soul Frequencies.
Statistics have shown that our MIND has the tendency to think exactly the same thoughts day in day out. This creates a nightmarish life of reliving every day exactly as the last. Life seems not to change. Due to our MIND we are weighed down by hopelessness, depression, tiredness and compulsion. The basis for this is because majority of these thoughts are of either past regret of what happened nearly 10, 20 or even 40 years ago or present dissatisfaction or future worries, uncertainty or doubt, especially self-doubt or fear. We worry and imagine things that might occur or in most cases will never come to pass!
Why? Why aren't we showered by happy positive blissful thoughts? The simple answer is; Our Mind has become a Tyrant Ruler and we have forgotten that we the Soul are the Ruler of SELF.
Mahatma Gandhi very eloquently said, "I will not let anyone walk through my mind with their dirty feet."
To make our mind a Divine Angel we must not let any rubbish in. We create our reality through our FOCUS. Our focus energizes the object of our attention, materializing into various events, circumstances, situations, people and experiences in our life.
Check what habits we have inculcated. As soon as our eyes open in the morning, do we automatically reach for the remote control and fill our minds with negative morning news? Do we pick up a newspaper while having our morning tea, forgetting to enjoy our warm drink? Have you noticed recently that our media is full of cynicism! This is what Gandhi meant when he said, not to let anyone in with dirty feet.
This negative energy sips' into our minds, gradually empowering our mind to become a Tyrant Ruler!
So how can we change?
When our eyes open, it's the most precious time for deliberately designing a wonderful day and eventually a magnificent life. When we habituate ourselves to take few minutes; to say a silent prayer, instead of reaching for that remote, or create an overwhelming feeling of appreciation for the rest and warmth that we enjoyed during our sleep, or thank God for all the luxuries that we usually take for granted; like clean running water, (especially hot water) or a hot beverage! The tingling fresh feeling after an invigorating shower. These small steps will empower us to take charge from our MIND.
Affirmations are powerful and constructive tools that enable and synchronises a mind-set to find various things for the rest of the day to positively and enthusiastically focus.
When we train our mind to converge more and more on the positive aspects of life and recreate its habitual reactions, it will become a Divine Angel which will inspire a life of Bliss!
How can we monitor each and every thought?
To monitor each and every thought will be a mammoth of a task. We have nearly hundred thousand thoughts a day. The fact is, we can not monitor each and every thought, as when we try and monitor our thoughts or control them, we are focusing on them and wherever we focus we activate more off!
Our emotions are alarm bells that warn us to our negative thinking. So to deactivate a thought we have to activate another thought. We cannot "stop" thoughts. A thought can only be replaced. Negative thoughts are fast in speed relative to positive thoughts, therefore the best way to calm your negative oriented mind down is to first replace negative thoughts with positive ones.
Our emotions are the best gauge of what our current thinking is. In short if we are feeling bad, our thoughts are negative. If we are feeling good, our thoughts are positive. To find your Frequency No. check how you feel and see what frequency you are vibrating at currently!
