How to Jump Nodes inwardly? (The Power of Silence & Appreciation)

Good Morning from sunny London as spring descends upon us after the cold harsh winter months! This morning the skies are clear blue and the birds are chirping away to their heart's content. I was appreciating the warmth of the sun on my face and the fresh feeling of the cool breeze flowing gently. My heart sang in joy when my eyes fell on the two yellow butterflies in the near by bush twirling, in an upward spiral. This amazing sight humbled me of this stunning world and God’s astounding creations. I was being silent and listening to my heart.

I thanked GOD from deep within my heart and felt a surge of satisfaction and tingling sensations in my body. This deepen good feelings indicated that my vibrational frequency rose! This meant that I jumped an inward node. I continued to savour the feeling of wonder and charm. I felt light & happy. I knew that this morning I jumped several nodes inward!

I am often asked - How do we jump Nodes?

I was feeling content and relaxed when I woke up. This is Node 7 on the Nodes of Being Chart.

Being in nature and taking the time to experience the enchantment around me created an amplified feeling of freedom and lightness. I felt the trill of energy through my five senses and felt the elation in my heart & amazingly I progressed to Node 1 – Appreciation & Grateful.

Often when we are feeling good & happy our day turns out to be good. We meet decent people, situations, circumstances, events become easy and manageable.

So when we are feeling content, relaxed, delightful, cheerful, excited and even enthusiastic, we spread that feeling of Joyfulness and Exhilaration all around us.

Off course the opposite is true when we are feeling anxious and worried. We feel heavy and irritated or impatient and that reveals that we have placed ourselves on an outer node. When we continue to feel bad and in certain situations worse then know that we have just jump to an outward node. This makes you feel even more disheartened then before.

Last weekend, I volunteered to help vacate a warehouse which housed books for the Charity’s Publication Department. As soon as I arrived at the warehouse site, I became aware of the magnitude of the task at hand. The storage unit was jam-packed with cases and case of books, literature and publication material. We were a small team of about five to seven people who offered to help that morning!

The enormity of the job at hand hit most of us as we looked at each other for some assurance. Some felt overwhelmed, irritated, frustrated and anxious and it became quite obvious to me of our declining state of being-ness. It made some of us ask plenty of questions and became doubtful. While others were opinionated and full of suggestions! This created an atmosphere of chaos. When some of the ideas were not heeded, some resisted and started to lack enthusiasm. Most of us had slide several nodes (outwardly) very quickly & were hovering between Node 11 – Anxious and Uneasy and Node 13 - Furious and Angry.

I became aware of my decreasing vibrations and quickly reminded myself that I had offered to help to make a difference, however small it may be. This helped me to release the feeling of anxiousness and uneasiness. I continued to think about how the atmosphere is being negatively influenced by our current state of being, creating discontentment and stress overall.

I alerted my mind on its power and remarkable ability to positively impact the environment and set to work mentally. I deliberately changed my trend of thoughts, which in turned changed how I felt. In other words it directly changed my state of being!

I stabilised myself in the awe of all the vast knowledge that surrounded me. I imagined the knowledge that the books contained in numerous boxes on the selves that reached all the way to the ceiling, as little pearls of wisdom that floated around swirling in exquisite sparkle of lilac, silver & golden light.

As I gave attention to these beautiful gems of light, it gathered into a ball of treasure and gently flowed towards me and happily I absorbed it.

I breathe a sigh of relief! I sensed a sudden surge of confidence and renewed sense of zeal. I knew that I had jumped back to inner nodes and saw the assurance among the group returning. I had jumped back in-ward towards node 5 – confidence and node 4 – excitement.

We often unknowingly are being influenced or are influencing the atmosphere, events, circumstances, people and situations in our life. We most times feel helpless that we cannot change anything!

Some times jumping straight into action may not be an appropriate first step towards positively influencing a negative problem; however we can make a huge difference when we mentally take time to change how we feel first before taking any form of action. When we take time to align ourselves to the inward nodes this will lead us to inspired action. An Inspired Action always leads to success.

Sometime doing "nothing" is the best solution. Being quiet and listening to your heart helps.

That day at the warehouse, after working, together for several hours, we achieved what seemed unachievable at first blush! The ambiance transformed, after we changed how we viewed the situation at hand. In other words, we switched our thinking from the problems to solutions! We first modified our thoughts and than our feelings immediately indicated our altered State of Being! We felt light and free. Wow! what an experience. We laughed and attained more in a very short space of time. This is what Being More and Doing Less exemplifies.

Silence is Golden, Silence is stillness of mind. Silence is the gap between each thought. Experience and increase this gap and remember our original nature; our innate original vibrating Self. Through silence we can achieve that seems unachievable or impossible. Silence is pure. Silence has 3 strengths, Good Wishes, Pure Thoughts and Pure Vision. Through constantly bestowing Good Wishes and having good intentions the atmosphere will transform and will radiate our pure intentions where ever we carry ourselves. When we accumulate and hold the treasure store of silence it will emit through our every thought, our every word and even our gaze brings immense benefit to which we are giving our attention too.

Feeling relief helps us to spin inward. Feeling appreciative helps us to jump inward nodes. This is how we jump nodes inwardly. Off course the opposite is true. When we are feeling uneasy – we spin or turn outward and when we are complaining or unappreciative we jump outwards. Find out what your node is and take some inspiration from my experience and try to jump a few nodes inward!
