Who am I?

How can you be who you are if you don’t know who you are?

I read the above intriguing sentence, as a child, that took me on my journey of self -discovery.

So the answer to this popular question, who am I, is, “I am an Eternal Soul (pure blissful energy) in the Soul World (one dimensional - Light). I the Soul descend to the Ethereal Region (two-dimensional - Light and Movement) and manifest an Ethereal Body (Rainbow Light Body). Both I the soul and my ethereal body then descend to this physical earth (three-dimensional - Light, Movement, and Sound) and the Whole of “I” become soul + ethereal body + physical body and that is who I am now.

The reverse will happen when I take my journey back to the Soul World. I will shed my physical body and my ethereal body and become pure, eternal, blissful, infinite, universal rainbow light energy in the Soul World.

When I know others, I am wise. When I know “I” I am enlightened.

Read the above twice daily and meditate on the above paragraph. You will be able to recognize your true self!
