Certain unknown factors can bring in a lot of frustration & dissatisfaction. Sometimes to deal with our own annoyance and irritation can become aggravating.

We talked briefly regarding my experience on how I dealt with all the above and I am very pleased to hear that it made it easier for quite a lot of you, and gave you some insights to go through your own life challenges and difficulties!

During my morning meditation I sensed how most decisions that I made were fragmented without any consideration of the full experience of my Past, Present and Future. Whatever I was going through at that time greatly influenced my decisions and in most cases, I felt stuck. My past experiences happened to repeat again in the future! Nothing changed. It seemed that I was living my life over and over again. Same dramas, same experiences, same challenges or shall I say same problems. The only thing that changed were people and places!

When we hate our jobs, often we find ourselves in the exact same situation in our next job! The reason is because we have taken ourselves to that next job as well! What do I mean "take ourselves"? It means we are still vibrating exactly at that same negative frequency as previously hence repeating that same pattern of events.

I used a specific method that really helped me and I would like to outline the steps here for you and really wish that it will help you.

In 1998, I was stuck in a job that I had done for 8 years. No matter how much I tried to move, my management at work would not let me progress. So I was quite unsure how to move forward in my life and I came across a television show aired by Oprah Winfrey, and it was titled; “what ever you want to become in 2000? Start now (1998).” Oprah’s guest speaker guided people to make three lists:

  1. All the things you don't like about your current life.

  2. All the things you do like about your current life.

  3. All the things you would like to bring in your life.

The idea behind this exercise is that you might not know spontaneously what you like, however when you write down the first two lists...it highlights the areas of your interest and it brings about clarity on what you enjoy doing best!

0nce you have your three lists. You must start concentrating more, allowing time to do things from your List 2 (All the things that you like now in your life). This will remove your focus from List 1. (All the things that are currently not working for you).

What, I discovered that my list 1 started diminishing and my list 2 and even list 3 started growing! I found time to do more of the things that I enjoyed and also found that, when my focus or attention moved away from the experiences and conditions that were annoying me, it made room for creativity and talents to grow in my life.

I was inspired to write this article as many of us are at cross-roads in our life, and need guidance or a specific method to clarify a direction or purpose excactly as how I discovered in 1998.

Many a time we are so busy looking for that perfect way of doing a task that we forget to feel good! This will eventually lead us to miniscule or half-baked results! When we are feeling anxious and worried, we may also feel heavy and irritated or impatient and that indicates that we have placed ourselves on an outer node. When we continue to feel bad and in certain situations worse, then be aware that we have just jump to an outward node. This makes us feel even more disheartened than before and we feel like giving up.

Often I am asked how can I deliberately position myself to the Higher Nodes? It's so simple that it becomes hard for some people to believe me.

Before commencing any task I first create thoughts to feel happy. Being in nature and taking the time to experience the enchantment around me created an amplified feeling of freedom and lightness. I felt the trill of energy through my five senses and felt the elation in my heart & amazingly I progressed to Node 1 - Appreciation & Grateful.

Regularly when we are feeling good & happy our day turns out to be good. We meet decent people; situations, and circumstances, events become easy and manageable. However the opposite is true when we wake-up with a headache and are running late for work, and get jammed in the traffic; meet angry driver; can’t perform our best at that presentation. Our overall day turns out to be miserable, which makes us feel exhausted and unhappy.

All of that has changed for me. Now with the in-depth understanding regarding The Soul Frequencies and how my thoughts set a particular frequency and positions me in that Node of Being, I make all my decisions with more discerning power. I have access to a more complete view of my life's "Movie". This new awareness has helped me to confidently make vital decisions and it has helped me to progress immensely towards creating unlimited amounts of Joy and Happiness.

Instead I set my Frequencies to the highest Nodes and it effortlessly brings me magnificent results in fraction of the time.

So when we are feeling content, relaxed, delightful, cheerful, excited and even enthusiastic, we spread that feeling of Joyfulness and Exhilaration all around us. This effortlessly takes you from where you are, to where you want to be!
