My Story

From a very young age, my passion for reading has given me wonderful opportunities to grow and explore a variety of subjects like knowing God, delving into spirituality, grasping the magic of the Universal Laws. I learnt how to comprehend and grow myself with the help of my innate qualities. My researches lead me to explore nature’s ability to heal our bodies and mind in totality. The most interesting discoveries were on why we dream, how dreams are formed and its power to predict our future. I gained awareness on the importance of sleep patterns and its profound impact on our health. The more I read, the more startling revelations came to a light e.g. how the correlation of our thinking and state of Being has in all areas of our life. I was shown how to manifest abundance in our life, enjoy loving and fulfilling relationships. It even taught me to find the underlining problem to disease in our bodies and heal from inside out or how to maximise energy and feel on top of the world. On this site, I have shared twenty-three years of experience on some of the most intriguing concepts through practical application, which has given me profound results & have compelled me to share them.

Some of my experiences may resonate with your own. If they don’t, I would request you to keep an open mind. My sincere desire today is to touch your heart in some way. My intention is not to make you uncomfortable while reading this amazing knowledge but the contrary. Accompanying the work on this site, I have completed a book and in the process of writing my second book. For many years I have been encouraged to write a book by friends, family and (sometimes) even complete strangers. I wake up every morning with a feeling of elation and never miss a chance meeting to share these intriguing and mind-blowing practical concepts, that I have learnt and use daily to create a joyful and fulfilling life.
